New laptop not connecting to home wireless network?

Hi.
I have a computer and it won’t connect to my home wireless router.
However, other computers in the house will connect to it.

The computer will also connect to a different router other than ours.

What could solve the problem?

Is your home network system encrypted? It probably is. I would call my internet service provider’s technical support system. They will walk you through step by step on how to add your computer the the wireless connection. You can set your wireless router to only connect when you want it to as well. I have att and I had to add my laptop manually through the main computer using the password and stuff.
