Problem connecting to xbox live for update?

Here’s the thing, each time I turn on my xbox 360, there is an update that pop up so I press Yes, update now but each time the connection fail. My xbox is directly connected with my router. I test the connection, the network is connect and so is the internet but xbox live is not. So I’m waiting for suggestion. Any help will be appreciated.

It sounds like a problem with your x box… just call 1-800-my-xbox and they will help you trouble shoot it and figure out why it isn’t downloading the update. Hope this helps.

It sounds like a problem with your x box… just call 1-800-my-xbox and they will help you trouble shoot it and figure out why it isn’t downloading the update. Hope this helps.
