		<description>you&#039;re right...PV-GS39 is a miniDV vcam w/c should be firewire- connected to a pc to capture (copy) video from tape using a video editing app like wmm.

However, you chose  wmm &#039;IMPORT&#039; which applies only to files (video/ music/ voice) , whereas, on tape is a video stream when on playback.

Try instead to click on CAPTURE from video device to capture video stream while the vcam is on playback. wmm shud contol the vcam operations.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
