Can you help me with my Internet connecting problem?

Long story short: Desktop crashed. Now won’t open Internet Explorer or any other program that connects to the web. As soon as you try to open a program, the entire system reboots. Can’t find anything with scanning software or by looking at programs themselves.

Any ideas? I’m in need of help here. I’d appreciate it!

Trai, believe I have you covered, my guru knows what happened, and has the solution, but I may need to hook you up with him, email me.
