How do I connect a vcr with an insignia converter box?

I lost my manual and don’t know how to connect this converter box with my vcr to my tv. Can someone please describe how to do it? I want to be able to record tv shows and watch my recordings on my tv. Please be very specific and give a step by step answer. Thanks

Connect antenna to the input of the converter. Connect the converter output to the input of the VCR. Connect the VCR output to the TV input. VCR and TV will both be set to channel 3 and left there. You will change channels with the converter box.

If you want to schedule your VCR to record something, you will always set it to record channel 3, and will have to set the converter to the channel you want to record, making sure it doesn’t turn itself off before or during the recording.

Connect the antenna wire or coax to the in of the vcr, then connect another coax from the out to the converter box in. The converter box connects to the tv so you shouldn’t have to do anything if the tv is already working.
