Does anyone else have problems connecting to web sites in Vista?

At first I thought it was my modem. Replaced it. Then my web browser. Replaced it. Still nothing. It takes forever and many refreshings to get web pages to load recently.
BUT, everything works great in Linux.
I’m just not comfortable enough in Linux to use it full time.

No. Vista works fine for me.

No. Vista works fine for me.
