Is there a fee for connecting the IPod touch to wi-fi ? internet connection.?

I have ma own computer and I am not connecting to wi-fe connection.
I am connecting to a GCIS which is different company of connection?
what should i do?

wifi is free how would u b charged? ur ipod dosnt show personal info lke billing info. so its worth a shoot, just mke sure its ur wifi or an unlocked hotspot.
