Sprint SmartView Mobile Broadband not connecting?

I had a sprint smartview mobile broadband but it broke so sprint sent me a new one and they forgot to activate it and i called yesterday and they said they activated it, and i keep on trying to activate it and it say it keeps on failing oh plus i have a mac. any help?
