Can I use a Verizon Wireless Broadband Connect card and a router to get WIFI in my house?

I would like to get WIFI in my house with out using a home land line. I would like to use three things my lap top, broadband connect card and a router. Is this possible?

As long as your broadband connect card is actually a PCMCIA card and not a USB modem then yes.

With one of the below routers all you do is plug the connect card into a slot on the router, configure the router with your username and password and there you go.
