In the adapter settings select the two connections you wish to bridge. In your case you will select the wireless and LAN adapters, right-click and bridge.

Plug the XBOX into your laptop and manually set the network.

Make sure the IP address is in the same subnet as your laptop.
Make sure the subnet mask is the same as well as your default gateway.

The IP address' of the DNS servers are automatically given by your router. But now that you are not automatically being assigned those IP address' you will need to manually specify them.

Suggested:
http://www.opendns.com/
208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220

Example:

PC:
> IP address: 192.168.1.190
> subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
> gateway: 192.168.1.1

XBOX:
> IP address: 192.168.1.196
> subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
> gateway: 192.168.1.1

You can find all the computer settings by:
> Start, run, 'cmd'
> 'ipconfig'

Hi
Make sure you have one ethernet going from your modem to your pc, then have another ethernet cable from the pc to the XBOX.
Go into your network connections via the control panel. There should now be two connections. Hold the CTRL key and click the two connections, they should both now be hilighted.
Right click either connection to pull down the menu, and pick "BRIDGE CONNECTIONS".
Tada, you have bridged your xbox to your computer. I hope it helps!
References :
Experience..

Put the ethernet cable into the Xbox + PC and it will create a local network. Go on network connections and highlight both your internet connection and the local network connection so they're both selected, right click, bridge connections and that should be it!!
References :
Experience
